What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a $50 dollar cancellation fee and any refundable balance goes back to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of professional skincare products, all product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
