Skincare & Retail Products
For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, all skincare and retail product sales are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
We are unable to accept returns on opened or unopened skincare products due to product integrity, sanitation, and safety considerations.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box, if applicable
Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.
Please do not discard the product or its original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. True Aesthetics by Marlen is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after tracking confirms delivery to the address provided with the order.
Store Pickup
Orders selected for store pickup are considered final sale under the same policy above. Please inspect your order at pickup when possible and notify us promptly if you received an incorrect or damaged item.
